Members of the Ribbit Network community pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

• We do not tolerate harassment in any form.
• Community members asked to stop any unwanted behavior are expected to comply immediately.
• Anyone violating these rules may be excluded from participating in the Ribbit Network community.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all Ribbit Network community spaces, and also applies when an individual is officially representing the community in public spaces. Examples of representing our community include using an official e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.

Standards

We expect Ribbit Network community members to act in ways that support a collaborative and constructive working and learning community.

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment for our community include:

• Participate in an authentic and active way. In doing so, you contribute to the health and longevity of this community.
• Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.
• Attempt collaboration before conflict.
• Demonstrate empathy and kindness toward other people
• Be respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
• Give and gracefully accept constructive feedback
• Accept responsibility and apologize to those affected by our mistakes, and learn from the experience
• Focusing on what is best not just for us as individuals, but for the overall community
